Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on a four-year campus.
• Associate’s degree required for a two-year campus or community college.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster spiritual growth and disciple-making among students and faculty.
• Lead and model InterVarsity’s vision, values, and commitments on campus.
• Build leadership teams and align programs with the ministry goals.
• Develop plans, set annual goals, and track conversions and leadership growth.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to expand witnessing communities.
