Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four‑year campus.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a two‑year campus or a community college.

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth through Scripture, prayer, and worship; develop self-leadership and relational integrity.
• Lead students and faculty in Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences to align ministry with InterVarsity’s vision.
• Build leadership teams, develop annual goals, and coordinate ministry plans and programs to achieve growth.
