Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on a four-year campus; Associate’s for two-year campuses or community college.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to minister to diverse communities of students and faculty.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Lead ministry on college campuses, engaging students and faculty in Discipleship and service.
• Develop and execute ministry plans, programs, and partnerships across campuses.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget and maintain donor relationships.
