Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous internship or work experience in facilities, design, architecture or construction preferred.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, facilities management, urban studies or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update space management databases to ensure accurate measurements.
• Analyze current space utilization and inform master planning decisions.
• Assist in space layout optimization and feasibility studies.
• Prepare planning analyses, scopes of work, and dashboard reports.
• Support furniture layouts, finishes selection and project schedules.
