Job summary

Colorado Mountain College seeks a Campus Community Use Coordinator for the Steamboat campus. You will maximize room usage, coordinate bookings and events, and serve as a primary contact for community use and special needs.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience; strong MS Office/Excel skills, and excellent communication. The role involves budget coordination, summer conference planning, and ensuring service excellence for campus and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and Excel.
• Ability to relate well with multiple constituencies and audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, seminars and tours on campus.
• Manage space requests and event reservations; provide data sheets and briefings.
• Prepare routine reports; analyze data on space reservations and utilization.
• Oversee building operations: opening/closing, cleanliness, inventory.
• Resolve problems and coordinate with campus departments and stakeholders.
• Coordinate lodging, catering, and visitor protocols; support budgets and billing.
