Job summary

Colorado Mountain College in Steamboat Springs seeks a Campus Community Use Coordinator to maximize room usage, coordinate meetings and events, and serve as the primary contact for bookings and special needs on the Steamboat campus.

You will maintain the room usage database, communicate with campus leadership, and work with internal departments to ensure smooth scheduling, setup, and execution of community-use activities and summer conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and three years related experience or equivalent.
• Degree in related field preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to relate with multiple audiences.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or conversational ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, conferences, tours, and campus visits.
• Manage room reservations and space usage; handle inquiries and scheduling conflicts.
• Oversee room setups, catering, AV, parking, internet, and visitor logistics.
• Maintain space usage data and generate routine reports on utilization.
• Lead student employees and support summer conference activities.
• Collaborate with Campus Budget Manager and Facilities for event budgets and logistics.
