• Supervises hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and performance reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following all safety procedures.
• Maintains proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Keeps workstation clean and organized; ensures sanitation of equipment and displays.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Explains daily menu items accurately to associates and customers.
• Monitors peak production and service hours; supports inventory and deliveries.
