Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services at Boise State University seeks food service workers to support campus dining operations. The roles cover food prep, portion control, serving customers and maintaining safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Food and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, washes, peels, cuts, and seeds fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays safely to and from stations, stove and refrigerator.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment.
• Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
