Chartwells Higher Ed in Boise, Idaho seeks a Senior Director of Dining Services to lead Boise State University dining operations and elevate campus life. The role demands strong leadership, financial acumen and supervision of a high-performing team.

You will partner with chefs to plan menus, manage budgets and ensure HACCP compliance while delivering exceptional dining experiences for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight to ten years upscale food service experience, with six years in management.
• Experience in personnel management, hiring, supervision and succession planning.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of HACCP controls and food storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage dining operations at Boise State University.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain food costs while upholding quality standards.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with staff, client and other departments to deliver campus dining.
• Oversee menus in consultation with chefs and HACCP practices.
