Job summary

Compass Group, North America’s Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring immediately for full- and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR roles at Idaho State University in Pocatello. You will direct associates on a shift, train staff, and ensure that quality, productivity and safety standards are met.

Open availability is required; prior management experience is preferred. The position offers hourly pay between $15.00 and $18.00, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward high performers or discipline accordingly.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
