Qualifications

• Prior supervisory, leadership, and food safety experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward high performers while disciplining underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employee requests and time-off issues.
• Mentor and develop staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
