Compass Group USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee operations at the University of Missouri-Rolla campus. The role covers full-time and part-time shifts, with days, evenings, weekends and mid-shifts as needed.

The position emphasizes supervision, training, and maintaining policy standards in a fast-paced food service environment. Ideal candidates have prior supervisory and food safety experience, with the ability to lead a team, manage schedules, and deliver quality service.

Qualificações

• We are hiring immediately for full time and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Address: 202 West 18th Street, Rolla, MO 65409. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules; days and hours may vary.All shifts available. PM shifts, weekends, and mid-shifts. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior supervisory, leadership, and food safety experience is required.
• Pay Range: $17.00 per hour to$19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
