Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that job expectations are completed according to policy.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and maintain quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
