Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of custodial or facilities management experience.
• Experience supervising 6+ employees preferred.
• Budget management and purchasing experience.
• Proficiency with computers and software programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activity of Campus Service Workers and Senior Campus Service Workers.
• Coordinate repairs with maintenance unit and schedule work requests.
• Monitor time records and ensure correct pay and leave balances.
• Manage inventories and materials using electronic work orders.
• Schedule shifts and supervise special assignments to meet housekeeping needs.
