Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of cleaning-related experience or equivalent.
• Experience training others and supervising staff preferred.
• Ability to meet all qualifications by time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain interior building areas (classrooms, offices, labs, student housing, public areas) using standard cleaning procedures.
• Lead and train campus service workers; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Oversee exterior cleaning and snow removal; operate floor-care equipment.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; perform basic repairs and safety checks.
