Job summary

Weber State University seeks a part-time Davis Campus Service Specialist to greet and assist students, faculty, staff, and visitors at the campus information desks. You will deliver friendly customer service, support daily operations, and help with events and basic classroom tech.

Hours are 20 per week, with mornings, mid-afternoons, and alternating Saturdays. Candidates must have a high school diploma and strong communication skills. Some weekend hours may be required for off-campus events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.
• Ability to learn new software programs and work independently to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors at campus information desks.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with daily campus operations.
• Support event setup and takedown, provide referrals, and offer basic technical assistance for classrooms and events.
