Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol Driver in Cary, NC. You will serve and safeguard clients in multiple settings, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to security concerns with integrity.

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position. The role includes patrols by foot, bike, and vehicle, monitoring access points, reporting incidents, and coordinating with school staff and administrators to maintain a safe learning

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and families by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner, notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to maintain an orderly learning environment.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate information to school administrators.
