Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol in Eden, NC to monitor campus areas, provide customer service to students and staff, and deter security incidents through visible presence.

Responsibilities include patrols, access control, and documenting incidents. The role is full-time with a daytime schedule and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Candidates must meet minimum requirements and pass background checks per law.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Applicants must pass background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors and contractors while following site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies in a calm, professional manner according to procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings and grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report anomalies, maintenance concerns and policy violations.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports.
