Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus community by carrying out security-related procedures and campus policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly following established campus protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, residence areas, parking locations, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and campus activity, report suspicious conditions and document observations.
• Assist with directions, escorts, and general campus support with a professional, courteous presence.
