Kennedy University Hospitals, Inc is seeking a Security Lieutenant to lead security teams, oversee administrative shift functions, and manage emergency planning and crowd control. You will work closely with Jefferson Police and campus staff to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a strong background in incident command systems and experience in budget, staffing, and hiring processes. Medical security operations and hospital environment familiarity are preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years as a security/police officer, healthcare preferred.
• 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in CCTV and access control systems.
• Lethal Weapons Certification - Pennsylvania State Police.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises Security Sergeant and Officer performance.
• Ensures staff training, equipment, and fitness for duty.
• Manages reports, assignments, attendance, and training.
• Enforces policies and conducts disciplinary actions.
• Oversees investigations and reporting with law enforcement.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Oversees CCTV, access control, and alarms.
• Assists in emergencies and on special events.
