The Captain will oversee training, budgeting, fleet and equipment management, incident command, and coordination with executive leadership to maintain a safe, Christ-centered campus community.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and personnel within shifts or area of responsibility.
• Develop and implement plans to meet department goals and priorities.
• Promote a secure, student-focused, collaborative campus environment.
• Ensure security operations align with campus mission and values.
• Serve as incident commander directing responses and notifications.
• Oversee Training Captain and Administrative Captain performance.
• Oversee Quartermaster duties for uniforms, equipment, and fleet vehicles.
• Establish command per NIMS/ICS and Belmont emergency plan.
• Support compliance with TIBRS and Clery statistics and annual reports.
