Job summary

PUC Schools is seeking a Campus Aide at PUC Inspire Charter Academy in Pacoima, CA. This full-time, hourly role supports student safety, supervision in halls, cafeteria, and playground, and helps with custodial duties. Ten-month shift.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, First Aid/ CPR preferred, and ability to work with youth; bilingual in Spanish preferred; strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include High School diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid preferred.
• First Aid Certificate issued by Red Cross preferred; CPR certified preferred (training provided).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.
• Experience with youth and ability to follow directions and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Enforce activity and safety rules in school buildings and on property.
• Report serious problems to the Principal or designated staff.
• Collaborate with school staff to address behavioral issues during supervision.
• Assist with custodial duties, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support setup/teardown for school events and maintain restroom and dining areas.
