Job summary

PUC Schools is seeking a Campus Aide Lead at our Sylmar campus to supervise students, ensure safety, and support school-wide activities. The role requires collaboration with teachers, administrators, and staff to enhance oversight and student behavior.

The position is full-time and 10-month, with a shift pattern aligned to school operations. Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic Microsoft skills, and a willingness to participate in safety training and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid First Aid Certificate issued by the Red Cross preferred
• CPR Certification preferred (will provide training)
• Graduation from high school or its equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Perform regularly scheduled non-classroom supervision duties in hallways, dining areas, playground, restrooms, and other areas as assigned
• Report serious problems and safety hazards to the principal or designated staff
• Support with facilities and cleaning duties to keep campus clean and safe
• Manage Campus Aide team and ensure rotation and proper supervision
• Perform event supervision for school games, performances, meetings, and graduations
