The role includes coordinating onboarding, maintaining center standards, and partnering with departments to meet performance goals while supporting student success in healthcare, construction, and other trades.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid in-state driver's license is required, meeting Company insurability requirements.
• Preferred: a degree from an accredited school and prior group facilitation, teaching, or Job Corps experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Career Preparation Instruction in classroom and/or online formats.
• Evaluate student attendance, participation, and performance.
• Provide remedial support and guidance to complete the MyPACE program and CPP requirements.
• Guide individualized career planning with mentoring, counseling, and documented progress.
• Coordinate student arrival, onboarding, and center life activities.
• Uphold standards, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with departments to meet performance goals.
