Job summary

Adams and Associates seeks a Safety & Security Advisor for the Brunswick Job Corps Center. You will help maintain a safe living and working environment for students and staff, conduct center-wide security tours, supervise visitors, and respond to emergencies with sound judgment and respect.

A high school diploma is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. The role requires physical ability to lift 40 pounds and a valid in-state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid in-state driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds or assess a lift load and request assistance as needed.
• Advanced degree is preferred but not required.
• Prior Job Corps or related program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine Center-wide security tours and respond to emergencies.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and supervise students; provide respectful, accountable supervision.
• Assist dorm staff with inspections and contraband searches as needed.
