Job summary

Responsibilities

• Patrol campus buildings and grounds to promote safety and document violations.
• Respond to emergencies as a first responder to alarms and incidents.
• Manage incidents using problem-solving, mediation and de-escalation strategies.
• Conduct investigations and file detailed incident reports and logs.
• Educate the campus community on safety, security and policy topics.
• Provide security services such as locking/unlocking buildings and vehicles.
• Transport students to health facilities as needed.
• Maintain safe campus parking lots and roadways through education and enforcement.
