The role requires supervisory experience, pharmacy residency leadership, and strong budgeting skills, with a focus on quality outcomes and staff development. This is a full-time position within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license and standing in Florida.
• CPR (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS and BPS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy practice programs and ensure patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to promote cooperation and efficiency.
• Provide departmental leadership for medical staff committees and external programs/organizations.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, and resource management to meet targets.
• Develop and monitor quality, safety, and performance metrics across the pharmacy.
• Serve as preceptor/educator for residency and student programs.
