Job summary

AdventHealth in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Leader to oversee practice programs, patient care services, and medication systems. This role directs clinical operations, budget stewardship, and interdepartmental collaboration to deliver safe, evidence-based pharmacotherapy.

You will lead staff performance, develop standards, mentor residents, and partner with physicians, nurses, and administration to advance quality outcomes across the medical center.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must hold a valid state license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and/or BPS certifications preferred
• Minimum supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Experience in hospital pharmacy leadership and operations
