Qualifications

• Six months of specialized training or education beyond high school.
• Three years of retail experience.
• One year of supervisory or lead-level experience.
• Additional qualifying experience may substitute for the required education.
• Knowledge of customer service, supervision, scheduling, merchandising, retail operations, and financial practices.
