The University of Maine at Farmington is seeking a Retail Services Supervisor to provide essential professional oversight for the University Store, Mailroom, and campus Card Services. You will lead a team of student staff, schedule shifts, train personnel, and ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on customer service and accuracy.

Responsibilities include managing textbook ordering and returns, inventory displays, online orders, financial records, and coordinating events and sales.

Qualifications

• Six months of specialized training or education beyond high school.
• Three years of retail experience.
• One year of supervisory or lead-level experience.
• Additional qualifying experience may substitute for the required education.

Responsabilités

• Oversee University Store, Mailroom, and Card Services.
• Supervise, schedule, train student staff and maintain service quality.
• Manage textbook ordering and returns, inventory and displays.
• Handle online orders and financial records/transactions.
• Coordinate special events and sales.
