Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous catering and banquet service leadership is required.
• Proficient knowledge of the bar industry and an active IATC license.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity and safety goals.
• Act as contact person for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees, encourage advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
