Compass Group USA seeks a visionary Resident District Manager to lead the Point Park University dining program in Downtown Pittsburgh. You will oversee all dining operations, financial performance, client partnerships, and employee engagement, while driving innovation and exceptional hospitality.

This senior role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning to elevate student dining and campus engagement while partnering with university leadership for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading campus dining or large-scale dining operations.
• Strong understanding of hospitality-driven service and guest engagement.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Compass Group's strategic partnership with Point Park University leadership.
• Build relationships with university stakeholders and drive student engagement.
• Champion a hospitality-first culture across dining operations and campus programs.
• Lead initiatives to increase dining participation and overall program performance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance dining experience through innovation and service improvements.
• Support long-term planning and align with the university's dining objectives.
• Represent Compass Group at key university, community, and alumni events.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the account.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing leadership team and frontline staff.
