Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attends in meetings with project requestors to establish scope, schedules, priorities and timeline.
• Assists in review and approval of contract plans and specifications for compliance with building codes and project requirements.
• Coordinates and oversees work performed by vendors and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Monitors project progress, budgets, and quality; tracks construction using appropriate software.
• Supports project budget management with cost estimates for labor and materials.
