Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in recruiting, university relations, or talent acquisition.
• Mortgage or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop campus recruiting strategies to build internship and full-time pipelines.
• Establish relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations.
• Manage internship and campus ambassador programs.
• Plan and attend career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews.
• Guide students through application and interview process.
• Promote company culture on campus and via social media.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align campus recruiting with needs.
