Job summary

American Credit Acceptance is seeking a University Relations Recruiter to attract and hire interns and early-career talent. You will build campus relationships, partner with hiring teams, and manage recruiting activities while delivering a positive candidate experience.

You’ll oversee university programs, plan campus events, and collaborate with managers to align talent needs with timelines. This is a full-time on-site role with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, campus recruiting, or related Talent Acquisition role.
• Familiarity with Handshake, LinkedIn, ATS, or similar technologies.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple roles and events.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across assigned universities and programs with campus stakeholders.
• Represent ACA on campus and virtually at career fairs and events.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for internship and early-career roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recruitment plans.
• Support ACA’s internship program from orientation to full-time conversion.
