Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in recruiting, university relations, or talent acquisition.
• Mortgage/financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Campus Engagement: develop campus recruiting strategies to build a strong internship and entry-level talent pipeline.
• Relationship Management: build and maintain ties with career services, faculty, and student groups.
• Program Management: oversee internship and campus ambassador programs for US interns.
• Event Coordination: plan and attend career fairs, info sessions, and on-campus interviews.
• Candidate Experience: guide students through applications and interviews with timely communication.
• Brand Promotion: represent the company on campus and via social media.
• Data & Reporting: track metrics and provide insights for program improvement.
• Collaboration: partner with hiring managers and HR to align campus recruiting with business needs.
