Job summary

Consumers Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Campus Recruiting & Intern Program Manager) to lead university and early career programs, attract top talent, and partner with business leaders across Michigan. The role combines campus outreach, onboarding, mentorship, and program optimization to strengthen the talent pipeline and employer brand.

The role requires a Bachelor's or equivalent HR/Business credential (or related experience) and a proven ability to manage full-cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years HR experience; or an Associate's degree with 4 years; or a high school diploma with 6 years in HR.
• Experience in campus recruiting, internships and early career programs preferred.
• Knowledge of recruiting data, ATS and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and build diverse talent pipelines.
• Plan campus events, information sessions and interviews.
• Design and lead intern programs including onboarding and mentorship.
• Track metrics and feedback to improve early career programs.
• Coordinate with college career centers and internal stakeholders.
