Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Campus Recruiter to join our Corporate Human Resources team. This role owns the full university recruiting experience at designated schools, from career fairs to co-op and internship programs, representing Brasfield & Gorrie to students, faculty, and university departments.

You will build strong relationships with campus contacts and hiring managers, coordinate with the Campus Recruiting Team, and drive interview processes, travel during peak

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, or 3+ years in a related role with significant relationship-building responsibility.
• Previous campus involvement or university relationship building strongly preferred.
• Experience with a construction company is helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication across formats - face-to-face, phone, email, and in front of a room.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a multi-school recruiting calendar across two peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Own the full university recruiting experience at designated schools—from career fairs and classroom presentations to co-op and internship programs.
• You'll be the face of Brasfield & Gorrie to students, faculty, and university departments, and the primary contact for hiring managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with campus departments and hiring managers to understand openings and future needs.
• Coordinate with the Campus Recruiting Team to maintain consistent processes and coverage across events.
• Coordinate and conduct campus and office interviews, making selection recommendations for co-ops, interns, and new graduates.
• Review and track student applications in the ATS.
• Lead the co-op and internship program for your designated office.
