Job summary

Brightway Insurance is seeking a Campus Recruiter Coordinator to be the primary liaison with universities, career centers, and student organizations. You will build relationships, plan campus events, and help connect students with opportunities at Brightway.

This role coordinates events from career fairs to information sessions, tracks engagement metrics, and supports employer branding across campuses. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in event coordination or recruiting are expected, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in event coordination, university relations, recruiting support, or related HR functions.
Strong event planning and project management skills with multitasking ability.
Excellent communication, with the ability to interact with students, faculty, and internal teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Manage partnerships with defined universities and campus contacts.
Plan and execute campus recruiting events, information sessions, and networking activities.
Support employer branding and student engagement efforts on campus.
Maintain records of partnerships, events, and campus engagement metrics.
