The Role

Hybrid on-site in Alpharetta, GA (2-3 days per week)

This is a great entry level role opening a door into the world of HR/Recruitment coordination

Open to individuals that have had 1-2 years of HR internships or entry level administrative experience.

The coordinator will be an essential part of the recruiting team and will be paired with a recruiter. This is a perfect role for someone looking for an entry-level position in a highly regarded recruiting team.

The candidate will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. They will act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to their area of responsibility, will be a focus on candidate experience and then will also need to be flexible to support high volume interview scheduling supporting Canada.

Key Accountabilities

What you'll do:

  • Managing account specific administration activities such as CV capturing, requisition management, interview scheduling, updating applicant tracking system and pre-employment screening
  • Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
  • Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team

Skills & Experience

What you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of administrative or campus coordinator experience within a large matrix organization.
  • Effective business communication skills, written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel, MS teams
  • Systems experience and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, quick learner
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive and Solutions focused
  • Team Player
