Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist

Job Description:
As a Client Relationship Specialist at Gaddiel Home Care Services, you play a key role in maintaining and expanding our clientele. This is a remote position with the requirement of reliable transportation to meet clients and visit local businesses. Your efforts ensure that we continue providing exceptional care to those in need while building long-lasting relationships and helping us grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Continue to identify and engage with potential clients in need of home care services. Conduct consultations to understand their needs and explain the services Gaddiel Home Care provides.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and sustain relationships with local businesses, healthcare facilities, community organizations, and other potential referral sources to generate new client leads and strengthen business partnerships.
  • Networking: Attend community events, networking functions, and industry conferences to promote Gaddiel Home Care Services and identify potential clients.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with potential clients and referral sources to nurture relationships and secure new business.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and areas for growth. Continue conducting research to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on client acquisition activities, progress towards goals, and market insights to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the care coordination team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and uphold high care standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client recruitment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business visits.
  • Familiarity with the local market and community organizations.
  • High level of self-motivation and goal orientation.

Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based, with a rate of 10% of the first billed invoice for each client recruited, subject to Gaddiel Home Care receiving payment for the client’s first invoice. Payment is processed bi-weekly.
