AMS is seeking a Campus Coordinator for Early Careers and Campus recruitment to provide efficient administrative support across the recruitment process. You will act as the primary contact for queries related to the account and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to drive measurable results.

This role emphasizes strong English communication, Excel proficiency, and proactive, team-oriented work. Local candidates in Dallas, TX are preferred, with competitive pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Strong English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office apps.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, including telephone manner.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Proactive and team-oriented with a results focus.
• Demonstrates task-oriented work approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate various activities for the account in a timely manner.
• Support recruitment process with ad-hoc tasks.
• Update applicant tracking system with accurate data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Handle day-to-day queries and escalate when needed.
• Complete daily and weekly productivity trackers.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers as required.
