Job summary

AMS is seeking a Recruiting Operations Lead for Early Careers & Campus in New York City, 3 days a week in the office. This full-time permanent role blends campus recruiting, analytics, project management, and automation to scale processes while maintaining strong governance.

The successful candidate will lead operational improvements, develop KPI dashboards, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions for campuses and early careers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in campus recruiting, early careers, or TA ops.
• Experience managing large-scale recruiting programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Experience developing operational reporting and performance measures.
• Advanced Excel skills, data modelling, dashboard creation and Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, controls, and governance.
• Lead process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design scalable operating procedures, playbooks, and best practices.
• Evaluate ways of working and propose solutions to enhance quality, speed, and stakeholder experience.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics.
• Drive operational excellence across large-scale campus recruiting programs.
• Identify manual processes and design automation solutions using existing tools.
• Automate reporting, data validation, and candidate tracking where appropriate.
• Develop governance and risk controls for scalable processes.
