AMS is seeking a highly organized Early Careers & Campus Coordinator to support recruitment activities, campus events, and internship programs within a fast-paced environment. This role will coordinate interview logistics and manage administrative tasks across the recruitment lifecycle.

You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, vendors and stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience and timely updates, while meeting SLAs and handling a high volume of interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience or demonstrated capability in event planning, logistics coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment lifecycle activities, including scheduling and onboarding.
• Manage high volumes of interviews and maintain ATS records to reflect updates.
• Plan campus recruitment events and internship programs with internal teams.
• Provide administrative support, reporting, and data maintenance.
