Kforce has a client that is seeking a Campus Recruitment Coordinator in New York, NY. Summary: Reporting to the Campus Recruiting Manager, the Campus Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting a team of Campus Recruiters in the recruitment process. This person will manage workflows and recruitment cycle through the applicant tracking database (Workday) to ensure all steps are documented and compliant with the Bank's recruitment process. This is a hybrid position. You will work in the company office four days per week and work remotely the remaining day and further subject to applicable policy. Responsibilities:
- Campus Recruitment Coordinator will develop an expertise knowledge of the applicant tracking system (Workday)
- Ensure the seamless scheduling of candidate interviews
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment team
- Ensuring candidates have accurate and timely information to complete necessary documentation throughout the recruitment process
- Educate new employees on documentation needed to complete the on-boarding process
- Order background checks on applicable candidates
- Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Workday) is consistently and effectively used to ensure accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
- As a Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you will demonstrate a general understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Greet and escort candidates in the Bank offices, as appropriate
- Assists in the coordination of job fairs, Superdays, as needed
- Work on special TA/HR projects as assigned
Requirements
- The successful candidate will typically have a Bachelor's degree or 1- 2 years of campus recruiting coordination experience
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in Financial Services, Banking, or College
- Recruitment is highly desirable and provides a strong foundation for success and growth at this company
- Must be a team player who values accountability, integrity, quality, and has a strong sense of urgency
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet the needs of various constituencies
- Flexible nature and ability to meet changing demands in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to escalate issues to appropriate parties and maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Handshake, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
