Job description

Kforce has a client seeking a Campus Recruitment Coordinator in New York, NY.

Summary: Reporting to the Campus Recruiting Manager, the Campus Recruitment Coordinator supports a team of Campus Recruiters by managing workflows and the recruitment cycle through the applicant tracking database (Workday). The role ensures all steps are documented and compliant with the Bank's recruitment process. This is a hybrid position, requiring four days in the office and one remote day, subject to policy.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop expertise in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
  2. Coordinate candidate interview scheduling.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to hiring managers, candidates, and the recruitment team.
  4. Ensure candidates receive accurate and timely information for documentation.
  5. Educate new employees on onboarding documentation.
  6. Order background checks for applicable candidates.
  7. Maintain effective use of Workday for recruitment metrics and compliance.
  8. Understand employment laws and regulations.
  9. Greet and escort candidates in the Bank offices.
  10. Assist in coordinating job fairs and Superdays.
  11. Participate in special TA/HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of campus recruiting coordination experience.
  2. Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or College environments preferred.
  3. Strong foundation in recruitment is desirable.
  4. Team player with accountability, integrity, and a sense of urgency.
  5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and escalate issues appropriately.
  8. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  9. Proficiency in Workday, Handshake, and Microsoft Office Suite.

The pay range is an estimate and may vary based on various factors. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and more. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' benefits vary. Pay is not considered compensation until earned and vested. This role is not eligible for bonuses or incentives.
