Job summary

Accenture PLC is hiring for a Houston or Austin based recruiter who will manage campus partnerships, campus events, and stakeholder collaboration. You will own the candidate lifecycle, develop pipelines from universities, and drive end-to-end recruiting strategies across multiple programs.

You will work with Workday/HiredScore and other ATS tools, coordinate offers and onboarding, and contribute to inclusive recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with end-to-end recruiting and campus/hiring programs preferred.
• Experience with CTS/ATS and sourcing tools (Workday, HiredScore) desired.

Responsibilities

• Partner with campus stakeholders to support event execution and brand presence.
• Own end-to-end candidate journey: communicate status, answer questions, extend offers, coordinate start dates.
• Plan and execute sourcing events and interview days.
• Build early talent pipelines from target universities and monitor demand/metrics.
• Review resumes and provide structured feedback for offers.
