Job summary

Northwestern Mutual is seeking a Campus Selection Coordinator to support campus recruiting efforts and help attract and contract college financial representatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, and coordination across events, postings, and candidate interviews.

You will work to bring on 10+ interns per year, partnering with recruiters to build a robust campus pipeline and maintain accurate candidate records in our systems.

Qualifications

• Adaptability to fast-paced hiring environments.

Responsibilities

• Support campus recruiting efforts and assist the team in attracting and selecting interns.
• Maintain candidate files and track recruitment activity and reports.
• Review resumes and post jobs on Handshake, LinkedIn and other boards.
• Coordinate campus events, job fairs and networking activities.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews and guide them through the process.
• Analyze recruiting data and assist in leadership meeting prep and reporting.
