Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years professional work experience in sales, recruiting, or related field.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and with all levels of people.
• Experience with prospecting and generating leads via telephone or in person.
• Strong network of personal and professional advocates and campus relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop effective referral sources including interns, Financial Representatives, staff, and leaders.
• Participate in campus clubs and organizations to promote Northwestern Mutual.
• Coordinate advertising and marketing on campus and job postings.
• Develop relationships with other recruiters to share leads and best practices.
• Prepare recruiting and marketing materials and coordinate on-campus activities.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the selection process.
