Job summary

Stripe is seeking a University Recruiter to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own the campus recruiting lifecycle, lead on-campus events, and build a diverse pipeline of graduates and interns across multiple offices.

You will partner with engineering and other teams to design school-specific strategies, manage relationships with universities, and ensure an inclusive candidate experience throughout the process. Willing to travel up to 30% during peak cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-cycle university recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to create a strategic campus strategy and build a diverse pipeline
• Active, data-driven problem solving approach and insights-driven process improvement
• Growth mindset and flexible, able to shift tasks and priorities
• Willingness to travel up to 30% during peak cycles and work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Stripe's engineering organization to build the foundation of our early-stage university program
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduate and intern candidates across multiple roles and offices
• Develop relationships with university groups and student organizations to design school-specific strategies
• Plan and execute on-campus events with focus on early engagement and branding
• Screen candidates and ensure our hiring process is inclusive
• Drive a positive candidate experience for graduates and interns considering Stripe
• Build and iterate the internship program with cross-functional teams
• Share data-centric updates with stakeholders to support decision making
